It is the fundamental right of every American to choose with whom they want to associate or, just as importantly, not associate. No American should be forced to join a union against their will. That is why in the Senate Sarah will sponsor legislation to institute national Right-to-Work legislation, ending the practice of forced unionism in the workplace. Sarah will also steadfastly oppose any efforts to impose card-check legislation, which would eliminate the democratic right to a secret ballot in union organizing and lead to worker intimidation.
