Sarah Steelman announces 47 State Rep Endorsements

Jefferson City, MO - Today at the State Capitol building 47 conservative Missouri State Representatives announced their endorsement of Sarah Steelman for United States Senate to replace Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO).

“I am humbled to gain the endorsement and support of so many of these men and women who are fighting for conservative principles here in Jefferson City. I am here to let you all know that I am taking that fight for our shared values to Washington," stated Steelman.

Steelman described the difference between what Washington D.C. represents and what Missourians value, “These Representatives understand the disconnect that Washington has with Missouri values. When they go back home to their districts, not only do they hear from constituents about the lack of common sense in government, they experience the pain of government overreach first-hand. Not only is this a group of State Representatives, it is a group of mothers, fathers, doctors, small business owners, farmers and ranchers who recognize that the best government is a limited government closer to the people.”

Steelman concluded, “Again, I cannot thank these leaders enough. Not only for the work they have done here in Jeff, but for supporting me as I fight to bring real conservative reform to Washington.”’
